The New York City - Young Professionals Amnesty International (NYC-YPAI) is pleased to announce Amnesty Afterhours 2011. You are cordially invited to an evening of food, drink, and conversations on human rights advocacy, all organized to kick-off a fresh program of YPAI activities.

Where : Rooftop garden of The Delancey , 168 Delancey St. between Clinton and Attorney
Who : Young professionals who have an interest in human rights and social activism

Cost : Free! Plus, happy hour prices on drinks all night. Just mention “Young Professionals Amnesty International” at the door.

We’re kicking off this year’s activities with an opportunity to connect with other human-rights minded young professionals in New York. Throughout the evening attendees will be able to take action on Amnesty International focus cases, as well as contribute to the group’s activism plans for the coming few months.

Refreshments will be served, with the evening culminating in a “Toast to Freedom” honoring this year’s 50 th anniversary of Amnesty International. All are welcome attend and become a part of NYC-YPAI network, so please pass this invitation on freely.
